There are 3 ways to make this change;

  1. From the Hotel dashboard, tap on a Block, tap the Reassign button. You can update the Customer name and Company name right there.
  2. From the Hotel dashboard, tap on a Block, tap the Edit Block button, follow the prompts and update on the last step. This is a longer process, but provides the same result.
  3. Your Customer can update their name when they login to the Event planner - https://app.idem.events/ - Tap on My Company link in the left navigation and update their Company name.
